Absolutely perfect neighborhood. Feels like you're in the woods, So guys there will probably be some bugs, frogs on the grass etc. 4-5 minute drive to the Ithaca Commons 10 minutes from all the waterfalls in Ithaca. Catch them while they're roaring, or when they're frozen Parking space is limited! Just 1 vehicle allowed. You can always park your car at Wegmans and come up in 1 car

The Tiny house is in the backyard of another airbnb! There is a wooden fence divide the 2 units! But there is also open trees and grass on the other side! So lots of Privacy!

There is Lyft UBer, Probably a good idea to have a vehicle here! Its not in downtown Parking space is limited! Just 1 vehicle allowed. You can always park your car at Wegmans and come up in 1 car
