Absolutely perfect neighborhood. Feels like you're in the woods, So guys there will probably be some bugs, frogs on the grass etc. 4-5 minute drive to the Ithaca Commons 10 minutes from all the waterfalls in Ithaca. Catch them while they're roaring, or when they're frozen Parking space is limited! Just 1 vehicle allowed. You can always park your car at Wegmans and come up in 1 car

Guest Access

The Tiny house is in the backyard of another airbnb! There is a wooden fence divide the 2 units! But there is also open trees and grass on the other side! So lots of Privacy!

This tiny house was easy to find, beautifully decorated, and clean. Every last detail was clearly explained by the host. the unit is less than 10 mins to campus, state parks, winery, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend a stay here😊

Cozy and clean place in Ithaca, I stopped here for the night. Very pleasant stay. Host provided clear instructions. Convinient location near the town where you can find nightlife and restaurants.

There is Lyft UBer, Probably a good idea to have a vehicle here! Its not in downtown Parking space is limited! Just 1 vehicle allowed. You can always park your car at Wegmans and come up in 1 car
