The Space is a Lake house on Cayuga Lake! The Building is a Tiny House with loft bed! Full eat in kitchen, washer and dryer right on the spot (dryer is currently out of order, sorry!) Full bathroom Living Room looking at the lake. You can hear the waves from the Living Room, or the Loft Bed right above the living room. No need to play Waves to sleep at night. Living room is about 25 feet from the lake! Also cute little dock looking at the lake, with rustic Light Bulbs, multiple mood light settings, Fire Pit! Smores kit, and snacks provided! 2 Kayaks and 2 life jackets provide! As well as local coffees! Enjoy Ithaca and the lake, and local offerings! First Floor is about 400 sq Feet! and the Loft bed about 100 Sq feet or 11feet by 11feet or so! Bathrobes also provided for when you get into the lake, or into the shower!

Amazing Quiet lake Neighborhood! The neighborhood is really quiet residential neighborhood. Town Ordinance quiet hours after 9pm as sound travels and is amplify by the lake! Only Lake house for rent thats 5-6 minute drive to Wegmans and Commons! Forgot, wine opener, hop in the car and be at Wegmans in 5 minutes. Or Come back to the lake house, in 5 minutes after your dinner at the Commons! Also 5 minutes to Northern and West Campus of Cornell! and Cornell Law Sschool!
